4.Basic guidelines for online classes– Following up with students
Here's what to do after class.
(1)Ending class
Click on "End meeting" to end the meeting (class).
Click on "End meeting for all" and you're good to go.

(2)Checking chat and recorded data
Chat and recorded data are automatically saved after the meeting (class).
You can check the storage location at "Local recording" under "Recording" in your Zoom app settings. You can also change the storage location.

(3)Follow up with students who missed class
Follow up with students who missed class due to communication problems, etc. by contacting them through e-mail (see Basic guidelines for online classes -In-class activities (3-1)).
If you record classes using Zoom's recording feature, please consider publishing the videos. (Updated information will be available soon.)
(4)Checking, grading, and giving feedback to assignments, tests, questionnaires, etc.
Check students’ assignments, tests, questionnaires, and minute papers assigned during class.
"Assignments" feature and "Tests & Quizzes" feature can be used for grading and giving feedback to students.。
Feedback will be especially important in online classes to keep students motivated.
